DV Golf/Akron Golf Clubs - Dave Freed was taught golf clubmaking and golf club repair by two master professionals in the greater Philadelphia, PA area over thirty-five years ago. He focused on the golf club aspect for years. Those professionals also taught him the proper method to instruct golfers who wanted to improve their scoring ability.
In the past eight years, he has refined some of the instruction techniques he learned from them. The infusion of new technology into golf equipment has made this imperative. These new technologies have changed some things in small, but important, methods of instruction

We don't teach you a new swing!
